WebThe latter. A high status, high paying job usually comes with a lot of responsibility and not the best work/ife balance. Even if there were amazing people, I'd still prefer lower pay and less responsibilities. If we are just talking about high pay and shitty coworkers versus low pay and great coworkers, I'd take great coworkers.
